STANDARD BOOTH: A Standard Booth floor space is 10’ wide x 10’ deep. The back drape is 8’ high. The height of your booth may NOT exceed 8’ (this includes signage). Any variance from this must be approved by show management. 

BOOTH PAYMENT:  Payment for your booth(s) must be done prior to October 1st, 2024.  Any exhibitor who has not paid for their booth in full prior to this date risks their exhibitor space being sold to a different exhibitor.  Payment can be made online using the link below.  If you would like to purchase your booth(s) using a different payment method, please CONTACT US.

BOOTH FURNISHING: If you require furnishings for your booth (i.e., tables, chairs, carpeting, etc.), you will need to order these items from Stronco Decorating.  More information will be provided on how to access the Stronco Online portal once it is available.

PARKING PASSES: $10 per day/ vehicle. They can be purchased through the EY Centre online portal. 

EY CENTRE LOG IN: The EY Centre is changing their online portal system.  You will be contacted to once their system is up and running with information on how to access it.  Through the EY Centre, you will be able to log on and purchase parking passes, electrical services, Wi-Fi, and booth cleaning.

SECURITY: Although general building security is provided, all property of the exhibitor remains the exhibitor’s responsibility in transit to, within, or in transit from the exhibit hall. It is recommended that exhibitors take precautionary measures such as securing small or easily portable articles of value, and the removal of them to a place of safekeeping after exhibit hours. 

INSURANCE: Exhibitors are responsible for floater insurance to cover exhibit material against damage and loss and public liability insurance against injury to the person and property of others. 

SELLING: There are certain restrictions on selling goods at the Show. If you are interested in selling goods and services at the show, please CONTACT US.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE: Show Management shall reserve the right to change, if necessary, the assignment of space to be occupied by the exhibitor. 

STORAGE AND TRASH REMOVAL: Exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own trash.  

MATERIAL HANDLING: FREE Dollies are supplied for loading/unloading. If you require forklift service, you must arrange this with Stronco. 

EXHIBITOR BADGES: As in the past and in an effort to remain more environmental conscious, no exhibitor badges will be provided by Show Management.  Exhibitors are welcome to wear their own badges/identifiers. 

EXHIBITOR PUBLICITY/PRODUCT INFORMATION: CONTACT US for any information regarding promotional draws, new products/services. This information will help us in pre-show promotion and give your company added exposure.
